LEGAL NOTICE / PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS VILLAGE OF ADDISON BID NO. 10-11-1 CHAIN LINK FABRIC FENCE The Village of Addison is seeking bids for the removal, replacement and installation of chain link fence and related materials for village-owned property located at 555 North Lombard Road, Addison, Illinois. Specifications are available at www.AddisonAdvantage.org. Sealed bids will be accepted through 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 29, 2010, in Room 2100 of the Addison Village Hall, 1 Friendship Plaza, Addison, Illinois; immediately thereafter all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in Room 2002. All bids must be submitted and returned in a sealed envelope with the self-addressed label provided with the bid document. The Village reserves the right to waive all technicalities, and to accept and/or reject part(s) of any or all bids which it deems advantageous.
